Home Environment/Falls Prevention

We offer a comprehensive home-based Occupational Therapy assessment which provides specific intervention on ways to help minimize or prevent falls within the home environment. Intervention comprises of education and practical advice on increasing safety within the home environment. We also provide intervention on making performance of activities of daily living safer through the appropriate use of equipment and modifications.
